Culture as Toruń’s identity?

Are artists from Toruń willing to cooperate with the city? Did the people that are the most important in the culture systems, culture participants, have a chance to say what kind of culture do they want? Are colleges in Toruń interested in studying the culture of the city?

All those questions may be answered during “Culture as Toruń’s identity?” discussion that will happen October 28th in The Artus Court. When the discussion is over a band called EveryDayLincz will play a concert.
