Invitation to “Sparrowry”
Teatr Wróbli (“Sparrows Theatre”) invites to the second cycle of theatre workshops for students. This is a continuation of workshops held in autumn 2009, but the organizers ensure that they would love to see new faces.
The program has been prepared so that a new person or someone without any preexisting theatrical experience could fully develop his or her interests associated with theatre. The main theme of the second cycle of workshops are the basic tasks of acting (including those using words and props). The aims of the course are (apart from learning the basics) to create situations conducive to creative expression, overcome barriers related to public appearance and develop teamwork skills.
Classes are held every Thursday in April and May from 18.00 to 21.00 in the “Od Nowa” Club (in “Maszynownia”). Two meetings will take place outside the club (on April 22 and May 20 — the participants will have been informed earlier about the place, the choice of which will be related to the topic of classes). The workshops start on Thursday, April 1. The participation is free.
