The race has begun!

November 9th is the date of a special press conference in Warsaw organized with the official opening of The European Capital of Culture 2016 competition in mind.

This info was sent by the press office of Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The race has begun! It is worth to mention that two cities will receive the title of the European Capital of Culture 2016, one from Poland, the other from Spain.
