This is our strategy

The Director of the Municipal Institution of Culture Toruń 2016 invites everybody to the Arthur’s Court on December 18, 2009. At 6 p.m. in the grand hall of the Court he will present the official guidelines of Toruń’s candidacy strategy for the title of the European Capital of Culture.

The purpose of the presentation will be to enable the engagement of the residents and creative circles in the creation process of our ECoC candidacy plan.
