Toy factory in CoCA
Amazing things created with old cart board boxes or bottles – this is what CoCA offers the young with their “Toy factory” project.
On December 5th Centre of Contemporary Art in Toruń want to remind young people, as well as their parents, that toys can be created using many every-day objects. Using those, kids will be able to create their own toys during workshops taking place inside of CoCA.
TORUŃ 2016 is also helping in the project by raising materials that toys will be made off. The big box is waiting for you in the Leaning Tower where you can bring things like:
- Cardboard packaging
- Cardboard sheets of A1 size
- Sheets of Bristol
- Colored tissue paper
- Strings
- Recycled paper in rolls
- Stones
- Flat rubber (such as applies to clothing)
- Simple toys such as hula hoops and skipping ropes
- Black markers
- Monochrome pillows
- Pins to brooches
- Ribbon
- Felt
- Buttons, slides, sequins, trinkets
- Balloons
