We have winners of the “Turn it on!” contest

This year edition of Skyway International Light Festival gave all of you a chance to become light-artists. All you had to was to take part in the “Turn it on!” contest.

To win you had to prepare a light installation of yours. Jury decided to give two equal second awards to Mr. Maciej Waczyński and Cosmic Girls duo (Mrs. Alicja Zimerman and Magdalena Komuda). There was no first prize given.

A big thank you goes to everybody who took part in our contest. We hope to have fun with you again next year.

Toruń’s application submitted!

Toruń’s application in the bid for the title of the European Capital of Culture 2016 was submitted today to Mr. Bogdan Zdrojewski, Poland’s Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

Torun 2016 The Universe of Culture in Warsaw

On 27-29 August residents of Warsaw will have great opportunity to get to know Torun a little bit better.

Concerts of Toruń's bands, baking gingerbread, watching the sun through the telescope, dance workshop - these are just some of the attractions that await for anyone who will visit the square near Krakowskie Przedmieście 60a in the last weekend of the month.
